PRODUCT RECALL INFORMATION: JUNE 2022

Electrolux has announced a voluntary recall of icemakers in certain models of Frigidaire and Electrolux refrigerators. Because of our commitment to product safety and to you, we are providing free in-home installation of a new icemaker for impacted models. Please read this notice carefully and enter your model and serial numbers below to determine if your icemaker is impacted.

Recall Reason

There is an issue with some icemakers’ level detector arm, which under certain circumstances, can potentially break into pieces and fall into the ice bucket, posing a choking hazard.

The safety of our consumers is a very serious and important matter and we do not take this lightly. Electrolux conducted this recall voluntarily under the CPSC’s Fast Track Recall process to quickly announce the remedy to protect consumers.
